Eligibility for Returns
a. Products must be purchased directly from Firefly Pops.
b. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
c. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original unopened packaging. This excludes damage caused in mail transit.
a. To initiate a return, customers must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
b. Customers can contact us at email@example.com or visit our physical store to request a return.
We offer two refund options:
i. Store Credit: Customers can receive store credit for the returned product, which can be used towards future purchases.
ii. Original Payment Method: Customers can receive a refund directly to their original method of payment.
a. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged packaging from mail transit or any error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
b. If the return is due to customer preference or any other reason not caused by us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Products
a. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
b. If a returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.
a. We currently do/do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may need to return the original product and place a new order for an alternative item.
